MPDK-8 is the unique machine in the world, making 3-4-5-6-7 meters profile drilling, machining,cutting and punching along the profile.
Machine makes below actions;
1- cut the lenght: the profile has anodising marks at first 50mm and last 50 mm, so, this machine has ability to cut it automaticly from first side of the profile and from last side of the profile. So, if you put 7100 mm profile, and if you would like 7000mm profile, then machine will cut it automatically.
2- punching: the machine has ability to punch according to the punch die, along the profile. This is the best feature that you can punch a 7 meters machine and it will be 10 times fast from cnc machining center. because cnc machining center needs to loading and unloading time and also it it slow operation by fresa.
3- machining with 2 pcs 3 axis spindle : Machine has ability to machining the profile, it can make holes or slots. Slots can be along the x axis or along the Z axis. Thus, you have ability to machining along the profile. So, you can make countersink on the profile. There are 2 heads so, the time is very less for making slots and cut the profile.
Machine is equipped with a 10 inch screen and 8 servo motors.

-All profiles can be made by using special clamps.
Machine has 6 meters conveyor at both side. If can be longer according to your profile size.
