luminium thermal break assembly line used for Windows and facade insulated profiles assembly.Assembly system has three steps. First knurling operation will be made and thermal break will be inserted to the Aluminium profile at the same time. This machine has 6 axis, and has barcode reader and barcode printer. After the profile passed to second knurling machine by automatic conveyor, second 6 axis knurling operation and upside Aluminium profile and thermal break will be mounting together. So, this second knurling and inserting machine has also 6 axis and barcode reader and barcode printer. And then automatic conveyor move the profile to the third step automatically. Third operation is assembly line, this machine has 14 axis and has barcode reader and barcode printer. We use QR code for easy accessing from everywhere. One time machine setup will be made for each of the profiles. Then, machine can be setup automatically for everytime.
For strong profiles knurling operation must be done. This machine makes knurling operation automatically. Both knurling discs has X axis move left and right side and also Z axis from up and down. Also, machine has 2 more axis (5th and 6th axis) as M, which is the catching crimper for thermal breaks with pneumatic system. This axis has automatic movement on up and down. Also machine has 6 more manual axis for catching crimper moving to left and right, downside roller for up and down and downside roller for left and right. So, totally machine has 12 axis as 6 axis servo controlled axis and 6 axis manual controlled axis By this technology all kind of profiles settings can be managed by this machinery.
This machine has big user friendly touchscreen with user friendly interface. This machine lets the changing time of profile nearly zero from one profile system to another profile system. This line has automatic feeder conveyor that lets putting profile to the conveyor and line has 5-6 pcs profile waiting area for both knurling and inserting machinery. 2 knurling and inserting machine has 2 pcs barcode QR reader and 2 pcs barcode QR printer.

This line lets Aluminium profiles automatically move from first knurling and inserting machine to second knurling and inserting machine. After thermal break insertion operation for up and down profiles, and assembly, the line will move the profile to the assembly machine automatically. This all conveyor system has its own special control unit.
