Primero se realizar\u00e1 el moleteado y al mismo tiempo se introducir\u00e1 la rotura de puente t\u00e9rmico en el perfil de Aluminio. Esta m\u00e1quina tiene 6 ejes, y dispone de lector de c\u00f3digos de barras e impresora de c\u00f3digos de barras. Despu\u00e9s de que el perfil pase a la segunda moleteadora mediante el transportador autom\u00e1tico, se realizar\u00e1 la segunda operaci\u00f3n de moleteado de 6 ejes y se montar\u00e1n juntos el perfil de aluminio superior y la rotura de puente t\u00e9rmico. As\u00ed pues, esta segunda moleteadora e insertadora tiene tambi\u00e9n 6 ejes y lector de c\u00f3digos de barras e impresora de c\u00f3digos de barras. Y entonces el transportador autom\u00e1tico mueve el perfil al tercer paso autom\u00e1ticamente. La tercera operaci\u00f3n es la cadena de montaje, esta m\u00e1quina tiene 14 ejes y dispone de lector de c\u00f3digo de barras e impresora de c\u00f3digo de barras. Utilizamos el c\u00f3digo QR para facilitar el acceso desde cualquier lugar. Se configurar\u00e1 una m\u00e1quina del tiempo para cada uno de los perfiles.
