The CNC 3-axis cutting module is comprised of three Ø550 mm circular saw blades positioned at fixed angles of +/- 45° and 90°. A single 550 mm diameter saw blade, capable of rotating to any angle between 45° and 135°, is also available.
The MLM 6500 HAWK is equipped with an automatic output conveyor unit extending from the cutting unit to the unloading magazine. The unit features a magazine with transverse belts for unloading the processed parts.
The cutting unit, with a Ø550 mm saw blade diameter and numerically controlled horizontal feed movement, offers a wide cutting range: -45°, +45°, 90°, and automatic cutting at all angles. Cutting angle adjustment is fully automatic, and the unit’s movement is controlled by a 3-axis CNC.
Automatic bar feeding and workpiece unloading features a high-precision and high-speed bar positioning system with numerically controlled control. The system includes a gripper that blocks the profile and a mechanism that automatically feeds it to the central station. Magazines with loading and unloading belts are used for loading profiles up to 6.0 m long and unloading profiles up to 4.0 m long.
The milling unit is equipped with special structures that allow the spindle motor head and laser head to operate in left-right, up-down, left-angle, and right-angle modes. These work units can operate simultaneously with 12-axis interpolation in the X, Y, Z, and A axes.
The high-speed electrospindle is air-cooled. The laser heads are connected to an air compressor, and the air compressor is included in the complete line delivery.
An industrial-grade barcode printer allows each cut profile to be identified using identifying features from the cutting list. Furthermore, barcode printing ensures easy profile identification in subsequent processing steps, particularly in machining centers or supported assembly lines.
The machine comes with an automatic loading and unloading system for a 6.5-meter aluminum profile.

The machine features easy operation with 3D software. The profile cross-section is automatically imported into the machine, and the profile is defined. By placing operations on the profile, the profile is processed from top to bottom and sides—that is, from all four sides.
