MAT4000 CNC ALUMINUM PROFILE MACHINING CENTER

It is a machine that can process extruded aluminum profiles, light alloy metals, iron and steel profiles with a vertical chuck that is automatically controlled by CNC on 4 independent axes, and has a main processing unit that is mobile on the main chassis. The machine uses an ITALIAN HITECO electro-mandrel (9.5 kW, 24,000 rpm) as standard. The electro-mandrel has the feature of using 6 cutting tools by automatic tool changing according to the ISO 30 rule and is air cooled with the cooling fan on it. It has the ability to move with 4 holding servo motors on the machine. Totaly machinery has 4+4 , 8 servo motors

FEATURES

The tool magazine inside the body has 6 different slots that can contain different types of tools such as milling cutters, drills, countersinks, guide bits and notching saws.

The mandrel with the ability to move in X, Y, Z axes and the (A) axis that allows the profile to be processed to move between ± 90 ° angles with servo control, enable precise and rigid production. Since the machine rotates to the angles with the servo motor, it can process the situation at all angles.

The machine made it possible to machine the upper back and front face of the profile using standard tools within the range of ± 90°

The machine is equipped with a CNC unit that manages the following operations:

> Linear and circular movements on (XYZ) axes. Circular movements on A axis

> Servo motorized gripper movements on (U1,U2,U3,U4) axes,

> Programming system according to ISO codes

> Geometric programming system

> Profile processing in two different areas (separate processing on the left and right sections of the machine)

> Ability to change tool parameters

EQUIPMENT

MAT4000-4+4 is equipped with a standard computer and the machine is controlled via this PC. The control computer of the machine has all the features found in any office PC. Mouse, keyboard, 15” LCD screen are the standard equipment of this computer.
Communication between the machine and other office PCs is carried out via data cable, wireless or USB, just like in standard computers.
It is a great advantage that the processor that runs the machine is a standard PC. In this way, all the desired hardware can be added to the machine according to technological innovations. For example, a much more superior PC that will emerge in the future can be replaced with the current system and the machine can be operated with completely up-to-date hardware.
Any malfunctions that may occur in the machine’s computer can be easily and very cheaply resolved using existing office PC components. Competitor machines do not have this feature, and the machines are controlled by industrial PCs. Since malfunctions that may occur in the computers of these machines can only be resolved by using a new industrial computer, this situation is very expensive.
The standard type control computers available in our machines are an important feature that our competitors do not have and that provides a great advantage to our customers.
