ME350, Double head steel cutting machine is equipped with a fixed Cutting unit on the left side and automatic moving right
cutting head which is digitally controlled by the touch screen. Machine is equipped with pneumatically rotating heads for cutting
profiles at different angles, from outwards 45° – 90° – 135° inwards cutting degrees. Cutting heads are equipped by two speed
1.8/2.5 kW three phase saw blades motors for cutting iron and steel profiles. Machine holds the profiles by 4 horizontal
pneumatic clamps during the cutting operation. Pneumatic Clamps has low pressure valves for work safety. There are also two
cutting area shields that cover the cutting area for a safe operation.
Right cutting head is equipped with a 2m movable conveyor for supporting long profiles, and also left cutting head has a fixed 1m
long support conveyor. Machine has 2 x Ø:350mm HSS Saw blades for precise cutting the Steel and iron profiles.
Machine has an automatic pump for re-circulating the cutting fluid around the saw blades for cooling these units and thus
supplying better cutting quality and longer saw blade life time.
