MFT6000 is a machine designed for eliminating lost time for gasket insertion process and also for increasing the quality of this process for aluminum curtain wall and doors-windows production. Aluminum profiles with W:200mm x H200mm cross section, cut in to any length, are passed through the machine by the control of a single operator and thus the insertion is accomplished automatically and in a faster and proper way. This machine is able to insert gaskets to the cutted profiles or also to profile bars in total length but not able to insert gaskets to the finished aluminum frames. Profiles with multi gasket chambers on the same side of the profiles especially like curtain walls mullion and transom profiles; the machine is able to perform the insertion of gaskets more than one, simultaneously and thus performing the insertion even in shorter times. As a result, labor cost is decreased while increasing the quality of the work.
