MOS6000CP is a fully automatic processing line of machines that is especially designed for cutting aluminum solar frame
profiles at 45 degrees, after then punching and drilling them. The line has a total of 23 servocontrolled axes and it is
fully automatically operated except for loading at the beginning and unloading at the exit. The complete line is made
of 2 main units;
1st. Unit is dedicated only to cut the “Long Side of Frame Profiles” 6 pieces simultaneously and then machining them
one by one.
2nd. Unit is dedicated only to cut the “Short Side of Frame Profiles” 6 pieces simultaneously and then machining them
one by one, including the automatic insertion of corner connecting brackets into them and reinforcing them by
hydraulic squeezing.
As a 3rd. part of the complete Line, and as optional equipment; there is a “Corner Brackets Automatic Cutting
Machine” that cuts corner brackets in bulk amount automatically. These corner brackets are needed at the Short
Frame profiles side of the line, for inserting them into the short profiles automatically.

Apply CNC control with complete servo driving system on this machine lines in each stage. The man-machine
interface is for parameter setting, fault alarm content display, production beat monitoring, output recording, etc..

operations: Automatic profile feeding in 6 pieces, cutting the aluminum profiles at 45⁰, automatic insertion of corner
brackets and squeezing them, automatic transversal transfer of the profile sone by one, automatic punching
operations and unloading the profiles. Cutting machine includes the aluminum chips collection unit for a clean
operation. (Punching dies to be designed according to technical drawings of customer)
This part of the line is dedicated only for processing the Long side frame profiles and it performs the following
operations: Automatic profile feeding in 6 pieces, cutting the aluminum profiles at 45⁰, automatic transversal transfer
of the profile sone by one, automatic punching operations and unloading the profiles. Cutting machine includes the
aluminum chips collection unit for a clean operation. (Punchind dies to be designed according to technical drawings
of customer)
