MPM500 Packaging machine for window and door frames wraps door and window frame profiles with a polyethylene air bubble or nylon film, wrapping the nylon along the profile edges of the frame. It is used only for wrapping the frames without glass inside. Thanks to its practical design, big sized frames can be packed with one or two workers only without any limitaion on the size of the frames within a very short time depending on how many layers of wrapping you want to make and what is the size of overlapping.
Rotary opening plate allows to bypass transom profiles inside the frames to be able to easily wrap the frames. At the end of the wrapping cycle, a cutting unit cuts the nylon film used.
