The machine uses an ITALIAN HITECO electro-mandrel (9.5 kW, 24,000 rpm) as standard. The electro-mandrel has the feature of using 6 cutting tools by automatic tool changing according to the ISO 30 rule and is air cooled with the cooling fan on it. It has the ability to move with 4 holding servo motors on the machine. Totaly machinery has 4+4 , 8 servo motors The machine also has laser units which has ability to drill and make slots on steel profiles up to 10mm
The tool magazine inside the body has 6 different slots that can contain different types of tools such as milling cutters, drills, countersinks, guide bits and notching saws.
The laser unit has 2000 watt, 2kw power and ability to cut all kind of steel products.
Laser unit uses only pressured air, no need nitrogen, oxyjen etc. Also with spindle, you can make countersink holes after laser cut.
The mandrel with the ability to move in X, Y, Z axes and the (A) axis that allows the profile to be processed to move between ± 90 ° angles with servo control, enable precise and rigid production. Since the machine rotates to the angles with the servo motor, it can process the situation at all angles.
